Sona Movsesian has been the co-host of Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend since 2018, alongside Conan O'Brien and Matt Gourley. In 2022 her book The World's Worst Assistant was released, about her time working for Conan O'Brien and how she ended up becoming "The World's Worst Assistant".
